PUBLICIS GROUPE
We support Publicis Groupe in driving the social media strategy for Costa Crociere with a focus on:
Social data analysis and reporting: Collecting and interpreting key performance data to uncover insights and measure campaign impact.
Creative and content strategy: Using data-driven insights to shape the editorial plan and guide creative direction.
We conducted a comprehensive review of historical social media data, combining quantitative performance metrics with qualitative content analysis.
This allowed us to identify trends, highlight high-performing content, and uncover the factors driving audience engagement and virality across platforms.

We took full charge of their communication and marketing strategy for the 2023–2024 period.

Strategic content creation across blog, newsletter, and paid ads, focusing on SEO and lead generation
Creation and execution of an editorial content plan for LinkedIn, designed to grow authority and visibility
Design of a new brand identity, including logo, brand voice, and tone
Planning, design, and copywriting for a new company website, built to clearly reflect the client’s mission and optimize user experience

Implemented a new navigation menu structure to improve usability and information access

Developed modular page templates in WordPress to allow for easy content expansion and future updates
Managed complete content migration, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and functional integrity
